Phone and
email communications are being scanned by Iowa investigators to solve the
mystery of the $14.3 million lottery winner that has captured the interests and
attention of the whole of Iowa. The winner has declined to release identity
details and has withdrawn the ticket, an act that has created many raised
eyebrows. The Hot Lotto Ticket was purchased at the Moines gas station in 2010,
December. The deadline for claiming the prize was up to Dec 29, 2011.
Initially,
a lawyer from New York came up with the prize ticket and when details regarding
the purchase of ticket were asked, he refused to cooperate. Instead of claiming
the price the ticket was withdrawn. The whole event has generated great
curiosity on a worldwide scale and people want to know whether something fishy
is there behind the scenes. Even the Lottery CEO is baffled and has stated that
this has never happened before in history. Everyone is calling this a case of
Mystery Millionaire. No doubt, this Mystery Millionaire has created quite a bit
of storm.
